Customer Metering Supervisor New Jersey American Water, the state's largest water utility, seeks a Customer Metering Supvr., located in our Belle Mead facility, to share resp. for our Plainfield location, directing the day-to-day mgmt. of large meter installation, testing & replacement and directing inspections of backflow prevention devices, customer well connection & pre-checking inspections for new installation. Strong knowl. of regulatory standards of performance, OSHA req'ts & procedures related to meter installation req'd. Knowl. of plumbing & construction, good project mgmt. skills also needed. BA pref'd., w/ 3-5 yrs. supervisory exp in the field service area, preferably with a customer facing focus. Comprehensive ben. pkg. w/ 401(k) match & retirement plan.
