Fitness Membership Sales Representative

The Healthtrax Fitness Membership Sale Representative position is responsible for attainment of personal sales quotas. This position involves inside membership sales activities including, but not limited to the following tasks:
*generating new membership leads
*booking and confirming appointments by phone
*conducting center tours
*presenting rates
*asking for the sale
*handling objections
*following-up with non-joins
*servicing members
Base salary is $20,000/yr with possible commission/bonus in the range of $15,000-$25,000/yr. Please visit our website for more information on Healthtrax and Center locations.
REQUIREMENTS
Requirements for this position include previous experience within the fitness, health and wellness industry is preferred. Demonstrated experience with establishing and surpassing performance goals/sales quotas, if possible. Must convey a professional image and maintain composure while managing customer complaints or concerns. Please note this position requires a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends. You must be willing and able to work at least 3 evenings per week and rotating weekend days. Keep in mind that you want to work when the greatest traffic is passing through the Center.
