Job Description
Successful Membership Sales Associates will actively supplement our membership sales and marketing effort. They will provide information to potential members regarding the features of our health clubs, their benefits, different tyes of memberships available and their prices. They will motivate potential members to begin a lifestyle of fitness.

EVER DREAMED OF BEING A PERSONAL TRAINER?

Responsibilities:
Personal Training
·Develop client base
·Develop personalized work out regimes for clients based on their personal fitness goals
·Provide floor service and observation
·Maintain currency with fitness trends
·Conduct lead management and follow up
·Confirm appointments
·Assist with revenue and club profit growth by achieving personal training budget and providing excellent customer service
·Perform appropriate cash handling procedures

Duties performed during Club Service Hours include, but is not limited to, the following:
·Member service
·Front desk and club administration
·New member enrollment
·General administration
·Club cleanliness
·Club safety

Skills:
·Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills
·Enthusiastic, friendly, and positive demeanor
·Ability to demonstrate (or effectively explain) the use of equipment and services
·Fitness enthusiast. Understands the value and benefits as well as actively participates in fitness

Job Requirements
·High school diploma or equivalent
·Nutrition knowledge a plus
·Personal training experience a plus
·Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills a plus
