Member Services Reps, Bilingual English/Mandarin/Cantonese

We are growing rapidly and have several openings for full-time bilingual English/Mandarin/Cantonese Member Services Representatives.

See below for description and requirements:

-Liaison through telephone contact, between HealthFirst, and the membership to provide orientation, education and assistance with using the Plan
-Primarily responsible for receiving and addressing member inquires; resolution of member complaints; clients education; retention of membership; and disenrollment
-Receive, document and respond to all member contacts including member inquiries about Plan benefits, policies and procedures
-Investigate and resolve member complaints and concerns in cooperation with Provider Network and other Healthfirst departments
-Provide ongoing education and support to membership in regards to Plan benefits, policies and procedures
-Work Hours: four (4) weekdays (11:30 a.m.-8:00 p.m.) and one (1)weekend day (9:30 a.m.-6:00 p.m.)
REQUIREMENTS
-High School Diploma
-Bilingual in Spanish or Mandarin/Cantonese
-2 to 3 years customer service experience
