Medical Industry CSR-Bannockburn

Purpose:
Our client, a leading medical waste management company is seeking a Customer Service Representative for a contract to hire opportunity. This position will be with their Bannockburn location.

On a day to day basis, this individual will be responsible for handling about 60+ inbound calls per day. Customers will be calling in with questions regarding order status, product information, and modifications to orders. This is a business to business customer service opportunity.

To be qualified for this position, an individual should have 2-5 years of customer service in an inbound call center environment. A high school degree is required for the position as well.

The hours for the position are considered "First Shift"

Start date is Monday October 9, 2006

The pay is $15.00/hour
