Medical Collections Specialist

Classification: Temporary Compensation: $15.03 to $16.78 per hour Chicago medical facility has an immediate need for a Medical Collector for their physician departments. The medical collector will coordinate specified accounts receivable activities to ensure that accounts are consistently followed up in a timely manner and that stated goals are met. * Bachelor's degree

5+ years experience in medical business office

Must have knowledge of ICD-9 & CPT Codes-9 and CPT4 codes

Experience with MS Excel

Knowledge of medical terminology

Excellent data entry
