We are in need of a Medical Appointments Person.

MEDICAL APPOINTMENTS PERSON: Responsible for the coordination and completion of client medical appointments and paperwork. Requires scheduling and transporting clients to appointments, completion of pre/post appointment paperwork, monitors compliance with required annual medical examinations

REQUIREMENTS



One year experience with individuals with MH/MR


High school diploma.


Valid driver's license and clear three-year driving record.


Ability to work flexible hours as needed


Ability to lift 50-100 pounds.


Willing to drive to inner-city appointments; ability to operate a 15 passenger van


Medical insurance experience preferred.


Basic knowledge of medical terminology preferred
