Leveraging Unisys 3D Visible Enterprise, we make visible the impact of their decisions – ahead of investments, opportunities and risks.Job Category: Technical Support/Help Desk ServicesKey Responsibilities: Provide assistance to the Louisiana Medicaid provider community regarding all aspects of the provider inquiry; travel to designated areas and visit with medical providers; analyze provider problems and suggest methods of solution to assist provider; prepare training materials and conduct training workshops or seminars for provider groups; represent Unisys in interactions with health provider organizations; present briefings and participate in meetings to provide assistance and information, to obtain feedback regarding Medicaid operations, and to maintain effective public relations with the provider community. Position will be based in Baton Rouge with a minimum of 50% statewide travel .Travel Requirements: 51 - 75 %

M/F/D/VJob RequirementsCritical Technical & Behavioral Skills/Qualifications: Bachelor's degree from a four year accredited university, plus one year full-time experience as field representative in a Medicaid or Medicare setting or 3 years full-time experience in provider relations; demonstrated knowledge of Louisiana Medicaid Program policies and procedures; demonstrated effective communications skills, both oral and written; availability for travel.
