Media Account Manager

The Agency account manager will have overall responsibility for maximizing revenues from existing assigned accounts. The Agency Account Manager will bear overall responsibility for all account activity and ensure seamless client experience when using Eyeblaster’s product and services.
REQUIREMENTS
•Maintenance and growth of Revenue Stream within existing assigned accounts.
•Reach and exceed retention and growth targets for existing assigned account base
•Maintenance and development of client relationships.
•Recognition of cross-selling and up-selling opportunities on an on-going basis.•Ability to perform ‘kick-off’ meetings with new accounts
•Coordinate new account transition from Sales to Support and ongoing coordination with sales manager.•Ensure all client details are input into CRM system and maintain the contact details.•Produce an Account Plan for all strategic clients and maintain that plan with Sales Manager assigned to that account.•Contact the client regularly in accordance with the Account Plan (via phone, e-mail, in-person).•Develop internal relationships to manage all aspects of client business. Specifically work with relevant Sales and Service functions.
•Penetrate the account: Create relationships within the clients organization at all levels including; a) Senior Executives b) Direct Users of the Product, c) Indirect Users of the Product, and d) Decision Makers for re-purchasing or replacing the product.•Be proactive in our Client Support efforts. Look over support cases to identify trends that can be rectified through external (i.e. training), or internal processes. In particular, ensure successful execution of the campaign through its full cycle.
•Report to Management the status of all accounts regularly.•Introduce new products and services to the client with the assistance of Sales where required.•Assist the client in functions that will add to the value of our Products and Services. For example, participating in or facilitating joint Agency/Eyeblaster sales pitches to potential Ad Agency clients or assist the publisher in increasing their sell through rates.•Present the value of Eyeblaster products and services to the client on a regular basis. (i.e. constantly remind them of the value of the products and services they purchased) with sales where required.•Alert Eyeblaster Product Management of Product features that need enhancement or new features or products that clients need to achieve their goals.•Assist in collection efforts
