Founded by Ross Perot in 1988, we are committed to teamwork, innovation, customer and community service, integrity in all of our actions, and total commitment to delivering on our promises.We are seeking a Healthcare Installation Specialist with strong provider side installation and training experience related to Patient Processing / Admitting systems to manage all tasks related to implementing and / or converting Business Office Patient Processing systems at acute care facilities..This is a virtual (home based) position with travel and may be located anywhere in the contiguous United States.Job Role:

Implementation of McKesson STAR Patient Processing application

Departmental project oversight including:

Timeline/ task list management

Weekly status reporting

Issue tracking and escalation

Interface with department management and staff weekly

Facilitate cross functional/ cross team coordination for application related touch points

Perform and document current state analysis including

Current state questionnaire with current state mock up

Gap plan using current state mock up and future state standard maps

Coordinate hospital staff LIVE support schedule

Standardization, build, documentation and project management of patient accounting applications including admitting, billing collections and supporting applications.

Development of systems operations procedures, policies, and application monitoring processes.

Providing training, testing and support during the implementation cycle.Requirements:

5-10 years Hospital management in Admitting
McKesson STAR Patient Processing Implementation experience

Excellent communications skills with specific ability to communicate with the hospital C-level staff (CFO and CIO for example)
Desired Skills:

The desirable candidate will also have extensive McKesson applications experience.
