Marketing and Sales Coordinator

Performs business development functions pertaining to the sale of Substance Abuse Professional (SAP) evaluation and drug testing services, generates leads, creates brochures, flyers and other communications to effectively represent the company’s services to customers, SAPs and prospects.
Essential Job Duties:1.Accepts inquiries from referred individuals, explains services and related costs, conducts telephonic intake, sends contracts, processes payment and provides guidance on DOT/SAP regulations2.Effectively sells DOT/non-DOT SAP Services to clients, provides signatory authority for DOT/non-DOT case management service agreements, enters cases and details of all communications into software database, assigns cases to appropriate account representatives and ensures receipt of payment.
3.Meets with appropriate account managers, sales, network development, website development and marketing representatives to discuss ASAP’s needs and participates as a member of the marketing team.4.Works with printing firm representatives to modify and develop multimedia packages – letters, brochures, video, displays and advertising text.5.Manages, writes and edits ASAP newsletter to be launched on a quarterly basis.
6.Develops direct mail programs, sends informational packets and proposals, monitors promotional campaign and evaluates success level at conclusion.7.Reviews and gains knowledge of literature in the assigned DOT regulations ‘Red Book’ specific to 49 CFR Part 40 and maintains a general knowledge of all current changes and amendments to industry regulations.8.Receives telephonic referrals that provide guidance on DOT/SAP regulations, leads to potential contract agreements and other potential marketing opportunities.
REQUIREMENTS
1.A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration or a human service related field.2.Superior presentation and analytical skills, plus demonstrated skills to handle a variety of assignments simultaneously.3.A high energy, business-oriented, customer focused individual who can thrive in a fast paced, rapidly evolving work environment.4.Excellent telephonic and face-to-face communication skills.5.Ability to work well with others, accept feedback positively, work under pressure and extra hours if needed on assignments to meet deadlines.
