Marketing Program Specialist
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Marketing Programs Specialist assists in planning and implementing program development regarding the QubicaAMF Solution Set. The Solution Set includes Birthday, FBT, Web Solution, POS and Your Lane Your Way. These solutions address open play promotions, and other managed activities to strengthen and increase customer visits and revenue.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Organizes, coordinates and executes all Center Solution sets as determined by QubicaAMF.
Organizes, coordinates and directs all special marketing activities and promotional programs for center with regards to Solutions.
Coordinates and participates in promotional activities, working with center staff, developers and product managers to assist in testing market products and services.
Assists Center Management in training of center staff with sales training and explanation of current center programs.
Provides motivation for program (solutions) success to staff and department heads.
Responsible for all program promotions, marketing communication, market research, organizational communication and data processing systems.
Reports and consults with Solutions Development Manager on product specifications and customer response.
Coordinates and participates in promotional activities, working with center staff, developers and product managers to assist in testing market products and services.
Provides consultation and advice to others providing guidance and expert advice to management other groups on technical, systems, and/or process and program related topics.
Confers and cooperates with other department management to ensure coordination of center programs, activities and promotions.
Assists Center Management in training of center staff with sales training and explanation of current center programs.
REQUIREMENTS
QUALIFICATIONS:
Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services.
Understanding of marketing strategies and tactics, product launch coordination and sales techniques.
Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction. Must have a strong customer service background.
Ability to communicate with Supervisors, Peers, and/or Subordinates and provide information as necessary by telephone, in written form, email, or in person.
Ability to analyze data and/or information. Ability to identify underlying principles, reasons, and/or facts of information by breaking down information or data into separate parts.
Full-Time (40-Hour) Position. Must have flexible hours, may require availability on evenings and weekends.
SPECIFICATIONS:
Full Time (40-Hour) Temporary/Contract Salaried Position, No Benefits Available, Retention Bonus,
Ability to become FT Benefit employee within 6-9 months (after completion of temporary/contract assignment)
EXPERIENCE:
College graduate or equivalent. Two - Four years related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
