Marketing Communications Specialist

For more information, visit http://www.genworth.com.Responsibilities: Plan, create and execute 6-8 sales campaigns per year. Includes development of campaign strategy, collateral development, and performance metrics.
Regularly review and maintain content on Sales and Marketing Intranet sites.
Coordinate content launch and periodic reviews for accuracy and timeliness.
Place information on Sales and Market sites.
Maintain approval process, and placement into inventory of approved Value Proposition presentations.
As needed, create Value Proposition presentations.
Assist Marketing Communication Managers with segment team-related collateral development.
Manage collateral projects for efforts outside of segment teams.
Assist with special events and incentive travel efforts.
Handle necessary logistical work associated with industry events and meetings.
As needed, work with Genworth corporate branding efforts.
Coordinate with external warehouse vendor and print management system to ensure available materials are included in warehouse inventory and listed on Internet as needed.
Provide the highest level of internal and external customer service.
Manage multiple projects and tight deadlines, demonstrating flexibility in a fast-paced environment.
Adhere to existing collateral approval process.Basic Candidate Qualifications:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrated copywriting experience.
Enthusiastic.
Able to sustain performance in fast-paced, dynamic environment. Requires initiative and commitment to delivering quality work, on time and within budget.
Ability to work effectively in a culturally diverse work group.
Excellent computer skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Front Page.
Ability to handle many projects and tight deadlines simultaneously and professionally.
Working knowledge of sales collateral production and print production.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Preferred Candidate Qualifications:
2-5 years experience in Marketing or Sales-related project coordination.
Experience working with a Sales Force is a plus.
Prefer Mortgage/Financial services industry experience
Some overnight and weekend travel will be required.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.
