JohnsonDiversey is searching for qualified applicants for a Sales Representative/ Market Manager in the Cleveland area:

Accountabilities:Build successful relationships to grow distribution and end user salesDeliver sales plan for territory total profit/volume targets, increase total share of customer, and sell new customersDevelop a highly effective, targeted sales plan that increases share of customer and sells new accountsManage the assigned distributors to maximize customer service and meets business goalsGive hands-on demos of our floor care and other cleaning products to distributors and end usersApply your superior computer skills to maximize the effectiveness of our CRM software

We are seeking qualified candidates that possess the following:High School diploma is required with a Bachelors degree preferred3-5 years of related sales experienceKnowledge and previous experience working with distributors preferredAbility to build and grow relationshipsHave Financial Acumen/Analysis skills along with solid judgmentResilience/Tenacity with strong negotiation skillsOutstanding verbal and written communication skillsStrong organizational skills, including the ability to juggle multiple prioritiesExcellent computer skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and email software
