DESCRIPTION:Responsible for leadership and management of the technical services, programs, projects and activities of the Business Technology Services group including staff supervision & development, budget development/management and administration. Responsible for identifying opportunities for improvements in the provision and application of technology, improved organizational efficiency and effectiveness and technology innovative solutions. Over time builds, leads, supports and develops the best team within Business Technology Services that provides appropriate technology services within BIS.RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage, develop and support the internal IT services needed to run BIS in the most efficient and effective manner possible
Develop strategies for internal BIS operations that will provide to CCE the overall lowest total cost of ownership for its IT solutions over time
Provide a suite of IT services that enable the rest of BIS to produce quality technology solutions that meet business requirements
Work with the BTS Leadership Team to create long and short-term Business Information Services strategies, standards, methods, policies and procedures to support the business (e.g., enhance efficiencies and ensure compliance).
Continually assess the overall resource requirements for the information technology initiatives
Establish a flexible staffing model in support of BIS strategic direction including the use of outside partners
Understand and influence cross-functional and cross-business unit dynamics in providing to CCE the lowest total cost of ownership for its IT solutions over time
Communicate effectively across Business Technology Services and Business Application Services to ensure all business and technology issues have been identified and addressed
Ensure the execution of all CCE and BIS policies, procedures and initiatives throughout the Business Technology Services
Maintains currency with professional organizations and publications. Attends and participates in meetings and conferences as a representative of CCE.
Provide internal services to required service levels, whether for internal BIS customers or CCE business customers
Ensure that the designs, architecture and internal operational processes within BIS are best in class in relation to effective standards involved in operating IT organizations
Ensure the proper standards and methods involved in regulatory compliance, security, information integrity and solution development and support (applications and technology) are properly developed, maintained and improved over time.
Lead the technical design of holistic information technology solutions at CCE that integrate in a way that leads to the lowest total cost of ownership over time
Mentor and coach direct reports ensuring success in their roles to support the needs of Business Technology Services and Business Application Services
Responsible for coaching, developing and encouraging excellence from a diverse team. Conduct performance evaluations, development planning, and TDC/Succession Planning for direct reports.
Establish and maintain internal and external contacts to position BIS to leverage industry best practices. Maintains currency with professional organizations and publications. Attends and participates in meetings and conferences as a representative of CCE
Ensure SOX compliance across all applications / databases / operating systems / data centers via security, risk and change management.
Responsible for monthly review for all internal controls owned by BIS, provide timely reporting and ensure senior management awareness of pertinent issues
Manage all aspects of SAP Application Security provisioning and de-provisioning
Work closely with the technology security team to ensure a comprehensive approach to security
Ensure appropriate security compliance and configuration management
Coordinate policies and procedures regarding user accounts, ensuring appropriate control with business units and BIS.
Develop and implement a team self-assessment program that evaluates key processes against current standards, controls, and processes with a deliverable of identifying potential areas of opportunity for improving efficiencies, controls and compliance
Responsible for setting standards for data privacy, data protection and encryption, and ensuring data integrity
Responsible for supporting BIS by ensuring consistency in the appliance of standards for Application Security
Lead the performance of any necessary forensic analysis to determine root cause faults when hardware/software issues arise and cause issues in the business
Responsible for training and awareness of application security policies and procedures, and ensuring compliance through monitoring and reporting.
QUALIFICATIONS:
BA/BS or the equivalent combination of education and experience required.
BA/BS degree in business, management, or industry-related curriculum preferred.
3+ years of related business experience required.
Demonstrated communication, facilitation, conflict resolution, analysis, interpretation, visionary, and strategic thinking skills. Comprehensive understanding of Information Technology methodologies, infrastructure, and architecture. PC literate, including knowledge of CCE office productivity tools. Overall knowledge of total CCE technologies and technology services.
Soft drink industry experience preferred.
5+ years of work experience in the areas of Information Systems. Leadership experience with multi-functional IS staff, including contractors and outside services. Must be able to assimilate information and make sound business decisions. Must be experienced in budgeting resources, technology, and evaluating return on investment. Proven experience in software development and systems integration.
3+ years experience in the beverage industry with knowledge and understanding of KBIs preferred. Minimum Qualifications/Requirements
Clear understanding of SOX requirements as it relates to the CCE software application portfolio
Platforms security knowledge
Strong audit and control methodologies experience
Security experience with exposure to the following disciplines: AS/400, AIX, Windows 2000, SAP, and Mainframe
