Summary of Duties: you will be responsible for promptly identifying issues or concerns and responding to member and dental office inquiries.
REQUIREMENTS


Qualifications

Enjoy learning and new opportunities
Bilingual English/Spanish (or multi-lingual) is a plus
General dental/oral health knowledge or dental office experience extremely helpful and preferred
Previous experience in a customer service call center preferred
Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills a must
Well organized
Basic PC literacy required
