Waterway Gas & Wash was founded in 1970 and is today one of a select group of the most successful full service car wash companies in America. Waterway is known for it’s high-end customers, high-end operations and high-end people. Waterway operates stores in Denver, Kansas City and St. Louis. Each location is a multi-million dollar business that incorporates the sale of car wash services, gasoline and convenience merchandise.

After three months of basic training, you will jump right in as an integral part of a store management team. You will work hands on with your employees to deliver consistently outstanding service and quality to our customers. Beyond the extreme focus on your people and your customers, your responsibilities and duties will be varied, including production management, sales and marketing, human resource administration, merchandising and light preventative maintenance.
REQUIREMENTS
The ideal candidate will be an entrepreneur with a desire to learn, disciplined and proactive, have CEO potential and be willing to work hard, be high energy with a history of achievement and ambitious without a mercenary edge.

We expect all new managers to earn two promotions during their first year and be ready for their own store within two years. New managers will earn $32,500 to $35,000 in base pay and bonus over their first year and can earn $45,000 to $55,000 with their own store.
