Manager, Learning Technologies

American Management Association, a worldwide leader in training, business solutions and management development, is seeking a Learning Technologies Manager to manage all aspects of Learning Content Management System (LCMS) administration and customer support for Public Seminars and Client Learning Services (CLS).


Essential Job Functions include:
-Work with internal IT, LCMS vendor and Learning Technology team to build next generation LCMS administration processes.
-Build and manage customer support/help desk process.
-Build and manage customer adoption strategy.
-Manage LCMS related Client deliverables with CLS delivery team.
-Work with LCMS vendor and Learning Technology team to build next generation Reporting solutions.
-Manage Report deliverables with Corporate Learning Solutions (sales) team.
-Support East Coast Sales team with pre-Sales Blended Learning Client requests.
-Deliver live and Breeze-based events for CLS team, Clients and Customer Care.
-Work with internal IT to manage and improve DTS process with emerging IMIS platform.
-Other related duties.
REQUIREMENTS
BA/BS required.
5+ years experience with LMS/LCMS administration required.
5+ years experience with LMS/LCMS reporting required.
5+ years experience in managing client engagements.
4+ years experience supporting a Sales team with technical implementations.
Excellent Project Management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required.
Understanding of Training/Learning industry helpful.
