JOB SUMMARY:

This is a training position to eventually (within 90 days) manage overall operation of a branch office including all phases of lending, collecting, and direction of office staff.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

•Supervise office staff
•Develop and maintain customer relations
•Maintain office cash with accuracy and security
•Achieve account gain through proven loan judgment and effective customer solicitation
•Ensure compliance with state and federal lending regulations and Company policies
•Ensure prompt completion of loan applications
•Minimize delinquent debt through collection activities both by telephone and fieldwork
•Develop and direct branch personnel
•Ensure compliance with company record-keeping procedures
•Ensure reporting of branch figures to corporate office for accounting purposes
REQUIREMENTS
JOB REQUIREMENTS:

•Completion of training period as Assistant Manager with demonstrated managerial ability or previous finance experience.
•Knowledge of state and federal lending regulations.
•Valid driver’s license, acceptable driver’s record, and access to reliable transportation for business use. Ability to travel 50% with some overnight.
•Computer literate and able to operate a ten-key calculator.
•High school diploma or equivalent
•Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) a plus!


Individuals with 2-5 years of supervisory experience out of the Retail industry are highly encouraged to apply!
