The Deloitte U.S. entities are currently searching for a Manager, Account Services for Brand & Reputation.  The manager must have the ability to be well-versed in both the regulatory issues with which the Deloitte U.S. entities must comply with in its marketing and with the global visual identity system.  The position will report to the Senior Manager, U.S. Brand & Image Development.
Responsibilities include the following:
Working with the Senior Managers in Brand & Reputation, day-to-day supervision of internal and external brand projects.
- Support the senior managers in working on brand development agency projects, managing brand review requests, coordinating internal brand deliverables as developed for campaigns or special projects
- Become fluent in both Visual Identity standards and Reorganization regulations.
- Effectively team with colleagues in U.S. National Reorganization
to ensure that marketing materials are FSS compliant.
- Monitor and respond to inquiries sent to the US Branding mailbox; review and provide guidance on materials sent to the box for review.
- Act as a resource for external and internal creative resources, providing information as needed to improve marketing campaigns and efforts.
- Work with the US national and regional marketing leaders and teams on required brand issues
- Participate in the development of strategies to improve awareness of Brand resources, such as Brand Space.
- Serve as point of contact for advertising development requests; oversee work of freelancers.
- Working with internal and external resources, help maintain advertising and other Brand-related templates.
-  Keep materials that appear on the Brand & Reputation page of deloittenet fresh and up to date. - Minimum of 10 years of experience in marketing and/or advertising, with a focus on: internal communications and/or brand
management, project management.
- Experience working in or with a professional services or large matrixed/complex company, previous experience in a large professional services or consulting firm a plus.
- Capable of working across department; ability to identify colleagues to serve as resources from other groups.
- Have the leadership posture necessary to attend meetings with P/P/Ds
- Excellent oral, presentation and communications skills and professional client service manner
- Demonstrated ability to take initiative.
- Flexibility and adaptability.
