The benefits of working at Capital include interesting work, exceptional colleagues, a comfortable workplace, competitive salaries and bonuses, and health and life benefits from day one.Primary responsibilities of this role are managing the customer service business unit and the performance of individuals within this unit including coaching, developing and evaluating the performance of a team of 7 to 10 supervisors, and identifying, responding to and resolving associate relation issues and trends. Secondary responsibilities will include managing the customer service function, including creating business plans for new and/or revised business activities, monitoring staffing levels, and forecasting resource needs. This individual will also work closely with other customer service managers to identify/implement process changes, improvements and efficiencies and ensure solid business practices.Qualifications
Minimum of 7-10 years hands-on management experience, working with multiple teams
Strong leadership skills
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Strong organizational, attention to detail and time management skills
Ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
PC skills required
Knowledge of the securities/financial services industry is desirable
College degree preferred
