Manager 2 - Store Operations

Unit Description: Sodexho is seeking a Store Operations manager for a corporate account company Store and Gift Shop Oeration with a Coffee Bar. The ideal candidate will be able to focus on retail and have the ability to grow sales. Preferred candidate will have solid experience in marketing and merchandising. East Hanover, NJ is located 20 miles from New York City.Position Summary:
Manages a cash handling store (company store, convenience store, gift shop, etc.) operations, including inventory, price determination, space allocation. Maintains vender relationships. Oversees staff hiring and training.Basic Education Requirement:
High School Diploma or GEDBasic Management/Supervisory Experience Required:
1 year of lead/supervisory/management experienceBasic Functional Experience Required:
1 year of work experience concessions, retail sales, or store operations. You may substitute 1 additional year of experience for each year of education below the basic requirement above as long as you possess a high-school diploma or GED.
