Manager 1 - Environmental Services / Custodial

Unit Description: 45 minutes to Eastern shore beaches! Sodexho is seeking a 2nd shift Housekeeping Manager for a 120 bed healthcare facility located in Seaford, DE. The evening manager will be responsible for the scheduling, organizing and planning of the 2nd and 3rd shifts. Reporting to the General Manager, the ideal candidate will have experience in staffing, scheduling, training and developing a professional staff; coordinating safety and customer service programs and communicating with nurses and managers within the organization.Evening Shift Position - 3:00 p.m. to 11:30 p.m.Position Summary:
Supervises hourly staff providing custodial services to clients. Responsible for work force planning, QA training and administrative functions for designated area. May report to GM in smaller accounts or to Ops Manager in larger accounts or to another manager level.Basic Education Requirement:
