We currently have openings for Office Associates and an Assistant Manager at Castleton Square in Indianapolis, IN.

OFFICE ASSOCIATES
The Office Associate executes the daily operations of the office to assist the store in achieving sales volume and profit goals, and has the potential for promotion. The position also requires associates to assist on the sales floor when necessary.

ASSISTANT MANAGER
The Assistant Manager leads the sales floor by exhibiting consistency in sales knowledge and training to achieve store sales goals. The incumbent is also responsible for assisting in the daily operations of the store and progressing through the company training program in preparation for a Store Manager position.
REQUIREMENTS
OFFICE ASSOCIATES
Requires high school diploma or equivalent and one year of office experience. Experience using a PC or POS system or other computer keyboard is required. Strong communication and organizational skills required, along with the ability to be detail-oriented and work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

ASSISTANT MANAGER
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or retail management and one to three years of retail experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Prefer experience in the jewelry industry and supervisory experience. Strong selling skills and superior communication skills are required, along with the ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
