Lead a group of elevator mechanics and apprentices engaged in maintenance and repair of elevators and escalators within assigned geography. Responsibilties include managing OMMS (Otis Maintenance Management System), callback reduction, employee and public safety, and margin performance (labor and material costs). Communication with field associates and customers is constant.
