Maintenance Clerk
Provides departmental administrative support including use of word processor (AS400), spread sheets (Excel) and working knowledge of maintenance software MP2/Access 2000 critical. Performs all departmental purchasing functions including inventory control, receiving, order placement, stock locating and distribution. Performs other duties as assigned. Excellent oral and written communication and comprehension skills. Knowledge of AS400, Excel, Access and Microsoft preferred. Knowledge with MP2 preferred. Experience in dealing with vendors over the phone, order entry and vendor selection. A minimum of three years verifiable experience in a similar position is required.
