Mail Room

Our client in Niles Il, has immediate openings for Mail Room clerks.

Job Duties:

Fast-paced, multi-task area that requires a degree of attention to detail. You will be required to work with an extractor machine that will open the envelopes automatically to prepare them for processing. You will be required to remove the contents, examine the forms and enclosed checks to make sure that the information is legitimate and matches. You will then sort those into the appropriate bins for further processing. You will be required to process approximately 3,000 pieces of mail per day.

This is a temporary position, 1st shift hours.
