HALE (which means healthy) is a young dynamic company that is growing at a record pace. Expanding from 2 offices in 2005 to 25 in 2006. Our goal is to promote from within, 100 managers in the next 24 months. Our management team has over 75 years of collective experience in Marketing and Sales management. We market our own line of organic & all-natural nutritional supplements

Industry
Our industry is booming right now...health and wellness are on everyone's minds, and people are buying a lot of Vitamins and Supplements. Nationwide the industry is expected to exceed $20 Billion in retail sales in 2006. As a growing company, our goals are to capture 1 million customers through educating customers about health and nutrition and offering a line of very high quality products.

Products
We market our own complete line of very high quality Vitamins and Supplements, specifically design for HALE. They are all-natural, science-based formulas developed by a team of Scientists, Medical Doctors, Biologists, Dietitians, and Nutritionists. Our prices are competitive with local Vitamin shops, internet retailer and other marketers of quality nutritional products.

Compensation
Our Representatives are paid for their time in training, guaranteed pay for their work completed, along with a healthy commission program. Our representatives are paid $17 to start, and many start out making $20 or more, right out of training. The one compensation program we offer, that sets us apart from all other student jobs is our Residual Commission Program. Simply said, our representatives continue to receive payments on their customers’ "reorders" for as long as they are buying...regardless of the reps activity or participation in HALE. This LIFETIME Residual Commission program allows students to work for the summer and receive checks for as much as or more than $1000 a month when they go back to school!

Training / Experience
HALE training program is far and away the best there is for students looking for experience before they graduate. We teach the basics of marketing, advertising, communication skills, time management, presentation skills and professional closing skills, which are all transferable to any industry or product in the future. We offer internships (paid), scholarship awards (based on sales performance) and a fantastic resume building experience.

Advancement to Management
Many of our sales reps advance to management (even for just the summer) and get the ultimate resume experience, a branch manager opportunity, where they can lead their own team of sales representatives. Our managers can earn in excess of $100,000 in their first year as a District Manager. For the career-minded individual, this is a path that can lead rapidly to a senior management position. Because Hale so young and growing so quickly, we are looking for leaders to demonstrate their skills and lead others at a very high and profitable level.
