MARKETING ASSISTANT – US OPERATIONS

SunTechnics is a leading international company for the planning and distribution of renewable energy systems. Our structures, processes and qualifications are oriented towards the requests of our customers and the demands of the market. In order to strengthen and expand our position even further we have an immediate opening for a Marketing Assistant – US Operations.

The primary responsibilities of this position will be to support regional marketing and business development efforts. As a vital member of a dynamic office, the ideal candidate will possess excellent writing/editing, graphics and communication skills, and a “can-do” attitude.

Other responsibilities for this position include:

Coordinating, producing and assembling written proposals and presentation materials.

Participating in, as well as coordinating participation in regional marketing events.

Assist with producing regional marketing collateral, including ads and direct mail pieces.

Assisting in the regional maintenance of SunTechnics website.

Participating in national marketing efforts and responding to needs of other offices.

Organizing and maintaining marketing collateral, including developing/assembling specific marketing collateral packets and tracking inventory and production supplies.

Coordination with vendors and agencies.

Assisting in market research, data analysis and statistical tracking.

Support of other marketing projects as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
Successful candidates must posses a minimum of two years experience in marketing, sales or customer service; flexible and detail-oriented team player with ability to manage multiple tasks and consistently meet deadlines; diligent work ethic and high energy level; ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment; strong interpersonal, organizational and communication skills (written and verbal); advanced skills with MS Word, Excel, Access and Photoshop, experience with CRN databases helpful; Bachelors Degree in marketing, communications or related field.
