Licensed Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities:

Do you like helping people? Have you worked in the financial services industry? If so and you have strong problem solving and customer services skills, we are interested in meeting you. We are seeking a Branch Services Representative to act as the primary liaison between Lincoln's home office and branch offices. Successful candidate will contact branch personnel on a daily basis or as needed to answer questions, assist in problem resolution, review pending issues and provide trade support. The Branch Service Representative will research and answer technical questions on mutual funds, advisory services, general securities and various retirement accounts; and provide informal training to branch staff on technical issues and Lincoln's policies and procedures etc.

REQUIREMENTS
Required
• Several years customer service experience
• Investment/brokerage operations experience
• Thorough knowledge of mutual funds and various retirement plans
• Verbal and written communication skills
• Series 6 or 7 registration required. Successful candidates who do not possess a series 6 or 7 at the time of hire will have 3 months to obtain a registration. Receiving a this registration is a condition of continued employment for the branch service representative.
• Bachelors degree in a related field or the equivalent combination of education and/or experience
