Level 1 Helpdesk Analyst

Purpose: Our client is looking for bright self starters with a strong PC troubleshooting background for a 100% telephone support Helpdesk Analyst position. This position is a contract that could go full time after a duration of months.


Required skills:

1. Track record of handling 5-10 calls/hour
2. Troubleshoot Microsoft Office applications over the phone quickly
3. The ability to map network drives and printers for server/client
4. The ability to work independently and effectively in a high stress/demand helpdesk environment.
5. 6 months+ helpdesk experience


In addition any basic networking skills or other IT skills are a plus.
