Legal Help Desk

Responsibilities: Provide support on MS Windows, MS Office and advanced law firm software applications, including: Word/WordPerfect, Interwoven/Hummingbird DM, Summation/Concordance, Workshare Professional, Outlook/Lotus Notes, Blackberry/PDA for some of the most prestigious law firms in the world. Work directly with end-users from across North America, providing support on advanced applications in a challenging and exciting environment. Work directly with attorneys and support staff to provide assistance with issues and resolve routine and advanced problems in a timely and successful manner.

Escalate issues as appropriate to IT engineering and management. Perform troubleshooting via telephone and remote control.
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, the ideal candidate will have BA/BS degree, 2+ years experience in a legal help desk environment, advanced support certifications, application training experience and/or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Requires the ability to analyze and resolve issues via telephone and remote control, be able to work independently as well as within a team environment. Supervisory experience a plus.

Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills a must, MOS or equivalent experience or education is a plus.
