Legal Assistant & Customer Service Specialist

Creditor law firm specializing in foreclosure and bankruptcy matters seeks a full time Legal Assistant for its Foreclosure Department as well as a Customer Service Specialist for its Loss Mitigation Department. The Legal Assistant will be responsible for assuring that service is complete on all defendants in our Kansas foreclosure matters. This includes the preparation of service documents, starting and reviewing newspaper publications, and using multiple systems to input and review data. The Customer Service Specialist will be responsible for assisting borrowers and clients who contact our law firm. Duties include the following: *Ordering, receiving, and preparing loan figures *Answering incoming phone calls, e-mails, and other messages *Handling loan reinstatements and payoffs in person and by mail *Updating and reviewing information on 6+ websites and systems We offer a full benefits package including health, dental, life, and long-term care insurance. REQUIREMENTS
Both positions require usage of multiple computer systems and websites so you must be able to learn and use multiple systems. Dependability and attention to detail are essential and some mortgage or legal experience is preferred.
