InterSolutions is looking for a dynamic individual to assist us in the marketing, leasing and administrative efforts of our client properties throughout the Philadelphia Metropolitan Area. A Positive, “can-do” attitude, professionalism and a high level of enthusiasm is a must!

The Leasing Consultant is responsible for being a primary contact for residents and prospective residents by leasing apartments, coordinating resident activities and building and maintaining resident relations. A strong background in customer service is extremely helpful, as is experience in sales although individuals with an excellent attitude and willingness to learn will be given consideration. Some weekend and early evening shifts are required.
