LEASE COORDINATOR
Job Code #06-055Next Day Gourmet, a national wholesale distributor of restaurant equipment and supplies, a wholly owned subsidiary of US Foodservice and Royal Ahold, has an ideal opportunity for a Lease Coordinator at our New Brighton, MN office.Responsibilities:•Provide lease application, answer questions and provide approval or denial of lease for both Next Day Gourmet Representatives and customers
•Review and submit lease applications
•Maintain schedule of all open and past due leases
•Review lease payments and follow up with open invoices
•Customer refunds
•General administrative duties
Candidate must be a self-starter and able to work independently. Excellent communication skills and strong Word and Excel experience required. Prior Leasing experience strongly preferred.
