Landscape Superintendent / Landscaping Supervisor

Brickmam is currently seeking highly motivated, energetic people for their management team. Full-time, year-round LANDSCAPE SUPERVISORS and LANDSCAPE SUPERINTENDENTS are needed in Edison, NJ.

The primary responsibility of the positions are to assure that the client's expectations for quality maintenance and service are met. This is accomplished by coordinating and monitoring the performance of work crews so the client and the company's quality standards are obtained.


JOB REQUIREMENTSREQUIREMENTS:
The ideal candidate will have:

- A degree in Horticulture, Landscape Contracting or related major is preferred, and/or a minimum 3-5 years landscape experience.
- Excellent communication skills, leadership potential, and an aptitude to train.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Highest priority on quality, people skills, and goal orientation.
- Have a true passion for landscape maintenance.
