We are a licensed contractor based in the Scottsdale Airpark employing a full-time staff of design, sales and administrative professionals, as well as a full complement of installation and maintenance crews. Although not limited, our business focus is on larger scale, premium residential properties in the Scottsdale and Paradise Valley areas. Our customers include homeowners as well as premium home builders. As such, our customers have high expectations of the quality of our work and also the manner in which we communicate with them.**************************************************************************We are seeking a Maintenance Supervisor and a Customer Service/Irrigation Technician.**************************************************************************The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for scheduling, managing, and training multiple maintenance crews as well as meeting directly with customers. In addition, the Maintenance Supervisor responds to calls from new customers to provide pricing and offer our services.The Customer Service/Irrigation Technician is responsible for repairs, service calls, and minor upgrades. This is a field position, and requires excellent technical knowledge and customer service skills.Landscape Resources

REQUIREMENTS
Maintenance SupervisorExperience in landscape maintenance supervision.Ability to work with both company staff and customers.Ability to schedule and manage multiple crews.Technical knowledge of proper pruning techniques, turf management, irrigation settings, application of fertilizers and landscape chemicals.A minimum of 2 years experience required, bilingual is helpful. Candidate must have a valid AZ Driver License and a clean MVR.**************************************************************************Customer Service/Irrigation TechnicianAbility to manage work orders and set own schedule to complete work.Hands-on knowledge of irrigation systems, low voltage lighting systems, and general plant knowledge.A minimum of 2 years experience required, bilingual is helpful. Candidate must have a valid AZ Driver License and a clean MVR.
