LVN/MA Call Center Representative

The job -
We are seeking a LVN/MA Call Center Representative to be responsible for conducting patient relations in regard to diabetes management through an established call center. The ideal candidate in this position will have excellent customer service skills as well as the ability to multi-task efficiently.

Job Description:
•Review incoming messages/calls and respond in a timely manner.
•Acquire missing information from a message or call and directly apply it in the response to a patient.
•Follow established protocols to intervene and assist patients in telephone triage.
•Comply and enforce all policies/procedures/standards associated with department policy.
•Maintain optimal customer service with clients regardless of the situation.
•Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications –
•LVN or Medical Assistant certification.
•Proficiency in MS Outlook.
•Ability to multi-task, work independently and maintain accountability.
•Strong written and verbal communication skills.
•Understanding of telecommunication terms and acronyms.
•Ability to speak multiple languages.
•Ability to maintain confidentiality.
•Knowledge of call center support operations.
