Kitchen Steward - Dishwasher

Job Responsibilities:
Cleaning and sanitizing food service and preparation ware; and maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of dishroom, potroom, and kitchen areas.
Scrape and spray all ware before it enters the ware-washing machine.
Operate all ware-washing machinery properly.
Rack all china and glassware properly according to type and size.
Ensure that all ware is clean and sanitary before leaving the dishroom areas.
Separate all ware and store properly in designated areas.
Keep ware-washing area clean and safe.
Load and unload dish machines.
Hand wash all pots and pans.
Take out trash in all kitchen areas.
REQUIREMENTS
Job Requirements:
Team player with a positive attitude and a passion to serve.
Requires continous standing and walking.
Ability to speak and communicate in English.
