Key Holders and Department Managers

We are currently seeking Department Managers and Key Holders to support the management teams in our stores. This position will become the bench for our management team and has great growth potential built in. The Ideal candidate would have at least one-year supervisory experience, preferably in retail. These positions are compensated $9.00 - $14.00 per hour based on experience.



At Modell’s we encourage our Managers to run the business. You will have complete responsibility of running a business from input on merchandise selection to total profit and loss accountability. We believe in developing our Managers and Associates into leaders and have been very successful in promoting people from within the organization. We do not hire candidates as Store Managers we develop our Store Managers from the Assistant Manager and Key Holder positions within the company.

REQUIREMENTS
Job Requirements

Minimum of one-year retail supervisory experience
Effective leadership and management skills
Must be experienced in handling cash
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of computers and technology
Solid understanding of retail merchandising and selling skills
High School Diploma or equivalent experience

Locations: We have over 128 locations currently located throughout 11 Mid-Atlantic States. We are always looking for GREAT people to join our team.
