Key Account Rep

Purpose:
Work for one of the best employers in Orange County. Our client, one of the largest real estate/ mortgage companies in the United States is looking for a key account rep to handle customer service for their most valued accounts.

Description: The key account rep is going to be taking inbound phone calls in a call center environment (approx. 3300 calls per month). The reps are fielding calls from major accounts such as banks, appraisal offices, title offices, and mortgage brokers. They will be helping customers with billing issues or troubleshooting questions about the products they provide. To provide excellent customer service some calls can last up to 2.5 hours. A successful Key Account Rep will have problem solving skills, understand basic bookkeeping (ie billing and receipts), and be able to multi-task. The Rep must be intermediate in MS Office products (e-mail and Excel being the most important). We are looking for someone with a title or lending background that has call center experience. A college degree is also strongly preferred.
