Key Account Manager

Personnel Management, Inc, a leader in the staffing industry, is seeking the ideal candidate to effectively manange key

This position exists to screen and place qualified candidates in appropriate positions with PMI client companies and to provide primary communication with the clients, focused on progressive solutions and problem solving designed to attract, retain and motivate a variable workforce.

The Key Account Manager will focus on providing business and workforce management solutions for high-volume staffing relationships. This position will report to the Regional Market Manager, and in some instances will be required to supervise Key Account Administrator(s).

Execute PMI Value Drivers.

Job Responsibilities:

1.Reviewing applications. Interviewing and screening qualified candidates.
2.Extending job offers.
3.Daily contact with PMI clients. Providing excellent customer service to enhance client retention.
4.Building strategic business relationships with clients via proactive and responsive business relationships. Sourcing opportunities to add value to the client relationship while enhancing PMI profitability.
5.Completing applicable employment paperwork for all candidates.
6.Processing weekly payroll for specific groups of clients.
7.Responding to walk-in and telephone traffic.
8.Recruitment of qualified candidates.
9.Ensuring accurate documentation of all employment records housed in Peoplesoft.
10.Maintaining positive relationships with assignment employees throughout their employment experience by administering performance appraisals, disciplinary actions, and terminations in a fair and consistent manner.
11.Networking within the community.
REQUIREMENTS
Job Specifications:

Education: Must possess a Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, or related field, or not less than five years experience in a business environment. Additional consideration given towards candidates with staffing background. Strong preference toward internal candidates.

Training and Experience: Candidate must demonstrate career progression, with stable job history. Position requires minimum one-year sales experience. Successful candidate has experience in managing critical customer relationships.

6.Ability to use information system, office equipment and multi-line phone system.

7.Ability to work under stress, interruptions and tight deadlines.

8.Ability to problem solve, answer questions and evaluate results.

9.Ability to converse in a knowledgeable manner on various services and sell PMI to potential customers and community contacts.

10.Ability to interact effectively with customers, community, peers and supervisors.

11.Ability to productively contribute within a team environment.
