Junior Inside Sales Representative

DentalPlans.com, The Internet's leading provider of discount dental plans is looking for Junior Inside Sales Representatives for our Dania, Florida office.

The Junior Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for making outbound sales calls and following up on those calls to complete the sales cycle and close.
NO cold calling, all leads will be provided!
Must be self-motivated with a take charge attitude.
Must have at least 1 year of sales experience, and be able to perform a needs analysis, overcome objections, and close.
Excellent verbal (phone) and written (email) communication skills are essential. English required.
Must be detail oriented and well organized to complete the sales cycle, and update sales activities using a variety of software programs (Microsoft Outlook etc...)
High school diploma and some college required; Associate or Bachelors degree preferred.
Salary 25K + commissions, possible 30K-40K total.
