Deliver comprehensive service, problem resolution, education, and support to Investment Advisers, Wholesalers via call-center operation. Core mission of the team is to grow new assets under management and retain existing business by delivering excellent service. Team members focus on effective call management, including speed-of-answer, thorough product knowledge, as well as clarity of verbal and written communication. Position will work closely with operations team to resolve issues quickly and thoroughly.Basic Candidate Qualifications:
:* Bachelors' degree.* 3--5 years' experience in a high-volume financial services/securities operation in a service or relationship management capacity.* Outstanding verbal/written communication skills.* Thorough with strong attention to detail.* Excellent customer focus and follow-through.* Solid financial acumen.* Analytical aptitude.* Passion for continuous improvement.Preferred Candidate Qualifications:
