International (Customer Service) Sales Support Specialist

•New account set-up, order entry, verifies pricing, credit terms, shipping requirements and customer purchase order requirements for International Customers.
•Prepare acknowledgements, respond to account questions and concerns for International Customers.
•Ensure allocations for all International Account orders.
•Work with Credit Department on credit hold releases and International Account issues.
•Communicate with Export Compliance to ensure proper licenses are on file.
•Maintain International Customer compliance documents and files.
•Indicate special shipping requirements to Meridian, Oregon.
•Prepare and provide export compliance documents to the shipping department.
•Liaison between Sales and International Distributors.
•Provide product knowledge to International Accounts and distributors.
•Provide backup support for department duties as required.
REQUIREMENTS
•2 years International or work related International Customer Service experience
•Proficient communications skills (written and verbal)
•Posses problem solving and conflict resolutions abilities
•Prefer someone with ability for foreign language – Prefer Spanish
•PC Experience - Word, Excel – Data Entry – AS400 Knowledge
•2 years of college preferred.
•Detail oriented, organized and have excellent follow-up skills.
•Strong interpersonal skills
