International Customer Service Representative

Reports to: Call Center ManagerJob Summary:
An International Customer Service Representative is primarily responsible for managing all aspects of international shipping that involves the E-Z-GO Service Parts Department. This includes, but is not limited to, order entry, documentation preparation, shipping arrangements, compliance, and all international communication that involves the E-Z-GO Service Parts Department.Responsibilities to Include:
Receives and processes international parts orders.
Coordinates all ground, air, LCL, and containerized parts shipments on behalf of the Service Parts Department.
Manages all International drop shipments with a focus on class 8 battery shipments to all international distributor locations.
Responsible for the preparation of all international export documentation.
Responsible for assuring that all parts shipments are compliant as mandated by IATA and the DOT. Stays current with compliance issues involving export shipping.
Communicates with sales to coordinate the consolidation of parts with containerized whole goods shipments.
Responds to customer inquiries related to product pricing, availability, specifications, non-standard items and international policies and procedures.
Provides proforma invoices and quotes for all international parts moves.
Provides guidance and instruction regarding importation issues that relate to the return of service parts.
Interacts with the Credit Department to assist with the resolution of credit problems.
Communicates with credit regarding letters of credit and wire transfers to be received for cash-in-advance orders.
Coordinates with freight forwarders, overseas agents and all intermediaries on procedures and special instructions related to the task of exporting service parts.
Responsible for coordinating with marketing to identify growth opportunities, accurately document international sales revenue and profits, and providing projections of anticipated international sales volume.
Responsible for the packing configuration of all international parts orders.

REQUIREMENTS
Bachelors Degree or equivalent.Position Requirements:
Three to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret financial reports, legal documents, export journals and export manuals.
Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the management staff.License and Certification Requirements:
