International Advice Inbound Specialist
Job Description:We are looking for Financial Professionals who will be responsible
for the sales, service, security trading, advice services and
retention of Schwab International clients through the phone channel.
Daily activities will include managing inbound calls, needs-based
selling and advice interactions based on our clients' goals and
objectives while outstanding service to ensure high client
satisfaction. You will be expected to build strong internal
partnerships as this position requires you to work in a team
environment. This is an exciting opportunity for you to inspire
clients to take action, build portfolios, and close business with
appropriate product offerings to like Advice and Active Trader.
In order to be effective in this position, you will need to gain a
solid understanding of all advice and trading policies and procedures
while staying attuned to the ever changing marketplace. This job
requires that you make independent decisions regarding commission
adjustments, trading exceptions, and resolutions to client disputes
within the established guidelines. You'll also be responsible for
ensuring accuracy while reducing the risk exposure in accordance with
established guidelines. Actively elicits customer disclosure of
circumstances
Requirements:A deep commitment to client service with the ability to influence
and build strong customer relationships are absolutely required.
Ideal candidates will have 2 or more years experience in the
financial services industry along with 2 years in a sales or service
capacity; current Series 7 and 63 licenses; excellent communication
skills, and a track record of success. Can get up to speed on all Schwab Retail and International
processes and procedures Possesses good understanding and awareness of risk parameters Capable to learn various technological resources for quoting,
news and reference/trade processing. Recognizes and seeks business development and advice
opportunities.
