Responsibilities include answering technical, operational and procedural questions for annuities, life insurance and long-term care insurance from branch offices. Other duties include counseling investment representatives on more advanced client scenarios. Provide service to the Edward Jones branches by answering technical, operational and procedural questions for annuities, life insurance and long-term care insurance.
Communicate general market and product information to branch offices.
Adhere to firm policies and industry regulation.
Counsel investment representatives on more advanced client scenarios.
Handle more complex tax and regulatory issues.
Interface with Product Review, Compliance and Insurance.

REQUIREMENTS
Strong knowledge of products and technical aspects of investment grade protection insurance and annuities.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent listening skills.
Ability to work independently.
Customer service experience.
Accounting/Bookkeeping experience.
Decision-making skills.
Presentation and training skills.
A bachelor's degree strongly preferred.
Working towards CFA or CLU designation preferred.
Minimum of three years of experience in the financial-services industry.
Series 7 and 63 licenses.
