The job is fast-paced and you can expect to talk to 50-75 people per day. Our typical workweek is 50 hours. Our in-house sales reps answer in-bound calls, render advice, and close term life leads produced by our $7 million national TV, radio, print and direct mail campaigns. We also aggressively seek additional life sales from our 225,000 in-force customer base using predictive auto-dialing technology, which makes the job effortless for the agent without having to do manual dialing.

REQUIREMENTS
Insurance Sales RepresentativeWhat we seek in a candidate:Must have strong verbal skills
Driven to succeed
A background in sales is a plus! If not, we'll train you. Our training program is fun and interesting. Plus, we pay for all license expenses!
A positive, cheerful attitude and a willingness to learn how to sell
Must have a 100% current and valid Illinois Life Insurance Producer's license in hand on start date and have no history of criminal convictions or open bankruptcy
What we require of our Sales Reps:
Ours is a busy, fast-paced, high-volume life insurance sales call center environment. During your first 4 months, you'll be expected to work 50 hours per week learning our business. After that, overtime is at your discretion but the basic job entails a 40-hour work week.
What we offer:
A competitive salary ($41,000 annual starting base salary based upon 50 hours worked per week, plus monthly bonuses; Our in-house sales reps typically make up to $75,000)
