Rating and quoting new business and remarketing renewals.A minimum of 4 years work experience in sales/service of personal lines is required.Provide professional and courteous service to all Personal Line customers in need of assistance.Be a team player by supporting co-workers and positively contributing to team spirit and attitude.Consult and advise customers on coverages, terms and conditions that are in their best interest.Prepare and process cancellations when required.Process system-generated auto ID cards within the same business day that coverage is bound, and ensure that they are received by the customer.Setup and prepare account files per agency procedures.Prepare account summaries and/or proposals as required.Keep current on rates, forms and coverage changes.Participate in seminars and classes for skill and knowledge development.Maintain all client activity in the agency automation system.Service Personal Lines accounts in a manner to eliminate gaps in coverage, thus reducing our E&O exposures.Prioritize work load and/or requests for assistance as needed.Assist other agency personnel in securing and/or providing information necessary to issue appropriate policies in their department for which we have a mutual client.Take ownership in the follow-up process with underwriters on open items.Assist other departments and producers in cross selling and account rounding.Assume whatever responsibilities are necessary to achieve satisfaction of all agency customers.Full Time and Part Time Commercial Lines Representative/ Insurance Representative Busy rapidly growing regional insurance agency Industrial Coverage Corp is looking for an experienced Commercial Lines Rep to handle a split of accounts.
